All 3 in one picture?

We have failed miserably recently trying to get a picture of all 3 kids together looking at the camera & smiling. It used to be so easy. We'd line them all up on the couch and snap away. Now, they are so wiggly and squirmy and don't want to sit still for a second. Trying to fit them all in the same chair is now over. So, we decided to place a couple of baskets in front of a chair and have Joe sit on the chair and the girls sit on the baskets. It kinda sorta worked. However, if you look closely, Alana had a bloody nose earlier in the day. Anyway, here is what we got...
