Happy Easter

We had an extra long weekend of family time since Friday was Good Friday and Eric was off of work. That means 3 whole days of just myself, Eric and the kids...what fun! Today was such a smashingly beautiful day that we decided to bring the kids outside to the deck in our backyard. They had fun playing outside and enjoyed the change of scenery. The last picture, if you take a close look is Alexa "falling" out of the Bumbo chair. Eric just happened to have the camera already taking a picture when she decided to lunge for her toy that she had tossed to the side. Well, believe it or not, I was able to swoop down and pick her up before she hit the ground! I can't believe we got such a great action shot. It was quite exciting! Alexa was completely fine and never even knew what happened. I guess she's gotten too big for the Bumbo chair...darn! Anyway, we had fun getting the kids all dressed up in their Easter outfits and taking them to church. They didn't have the nursery at church today and the kids did great! I think they've finally decided that they like church...we were getting a little worried because every time we went to church they would cry! I am glad to find out that they are starting to like it! :) Happy Easter! Christ is Risen!
